One of our most popular breads, this recipe is hearty, flavorful, and very healthy! Full of the naturally gluten-free seeds/grains millet, sorghum, and amaranth, it contains much more fiber and protein than a typical bread and has a great substantial texture. It’s also naturally vegan and soy-free–great for many healthy diets! If you’re just into bread-baking this is also a fun workshop for you: we’ll talk about using yeast and getting a nice crust and crumb, and this bread makes a delicious avocado toast or sandwich.
